Mastering project profitability in Odoo

Tracking the true profitability of a project can be challenging when timesheets, vendor bills, and expenses are managed across different teams. Without a centralized system, it’s easy to lose the overview of what costs are actually made, and which profits you are actually creating. In this session, we will map a project's financial lifecycle to see exactly how margins are calculated in real-time in Odoo 20. We first configure baseline data, like employee hourly rates, service products, and material costs. These will be used to demonstrate how analytic accounts can be set up to automatically capture daily operations like timesheets, expenses, purchase orders, and vendor bills of the project. We will conclude by going over the standard reporting capabilities of Odoo 20, by integrating Odoo Spreadsheets to build functional budgets and identify financial variances before they impact your bottom line.
