How to automatically schedule field service interventions and optimize technician routing?

In this technical talk, we will delve into the brand-new "Auto-Plan" feature of Field Service and how it aims to optimize technician routing. In short, given a set of interventions, what is the best way to assign them to available technicians, considering their schedules, skills, shift locations, and more? We will describe the problem at hand and how we tackled it, given all constraints and runtime complexity. Thanks to this feature, managers do not have to worry about making their workers' schedules anymore; it is all automatically handled and optimized for them in Odoo!
